This kitchen renovation and extension transformed a 1950s beachside suburban home into a functional and stylish space for a young couple. As first-time homeowners, they recognised the home’s charm but knew a significant renovation was essential to meet their future needs.
With a focus on functionality, storage, and a tailored aesthetic, we collaborated closely to rework the floor plan. The result? A second living area, two additional bedrooms, and an open-plan kitchen renovation and extension featuring a practical butler’s pantry and a seamless laundry with driveway access.
Blending modern conveniences with timeless appeal, this project created a cohesive, light-filled home designed for both relaxation and entertaining. Thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship ensured the extension integrated seamlessly with the existing structure, delivering a home that balances beauty with everyday practicality.
