At Finch Melton, we gave this home a fresh new chapter with an alfresco, bathroom, and laundry renovation. The old brick patio and window wall were replaced with a spacious alfresco extension. Sliding doors, ceiling fans, and modern tiles now create easy indoor–outdoor flow. It’s a space that feels open, bright, and perfect for entertaining or relaxing year-round.
Inside, the bathroom and laundry were redesigned for style and practicality. The laundry had been worn, tired, and partly chewed by the family’s golden retriever. Now, it’s crisp and calming with soft green tiles, marble-look benchtops, and sleek cabinetry. These updates have added clever storage, function, and a fresh look.
Together, these renovations show how thoughtful design can transform everyday spaces into areas that are both functional and timeless.
